We recruit the old fashioned way and do not base our recruitment efforts on existing general job boards and do not base our recruitment efforts on existing general job boards and databases
We identify, search, screen and interview each candidate prior to submission
We do not rewrite resumes
We share all the information we know---good and bad---about each candidate that we submit for consideration
We work with each key client to ascertain the profile for a variable candidate and successful employee
We place a strong emphasis on finding candidate(s) that will be well-suited for the environment created by our client---each client is unique and we concentrate our recruitment efforts on finding individual(s) that will be good "environmental fits"
